you can run it year round

having said that i always recommend giving your body a break every 4 months or so from daily supplements.

I think it's best to rotate supplements so your body doesn't get used to them.

I would swap better the HCGenerate ES and regular formula.

Maybe something like this -
4 weeks HCGenerate ES, 4 weeks HCGenerate, 4 weeks off, repeat

It is just a natural herbal supplement, not anything hormonal. You can run it year round.
