Hcgenerate dosing

K I need some help cause I'm taking hcgenerate and I don't really know how much yo take. The bottle says 1-2 pills 2-5 times a day. That's kinda broad. That could be 2 pills total a day or ten. Need some advice. I do generally need high does of anything I take as I'm 6'6" 315lbs but just thought I would get your thoughts

Servings per container 30

I don't have a bottle around any more but mine I remember it being 5 caps a day. I did 4 caps and seemed good.

More than 5 and the bottle doesn't even last a month. Its already expensive. See how 5 works.

If u take 5 a day it will last u 30 days.
Take 3 with breakfast and 2 in the evening. With or without food doesn't matter.
