Just wondering how legal it is to possess hCG in the state of Nevada. I'm talking 60,000 IU's not 20,000,000 IU's if that makes a difference.

its illegal in the sense that you are in posession of a prescription medication without a prescription, you can check your state statutes but i am almost positive its not a scheduled drug

With that much they would nail you not only for having an controlled substance without a prescription but also nail you for intent to distribute because the amount if pretty large.

for your information, a "controlled" substance means its "scheduled" which HCG is not in most states, meaning they wouldn't nail him for posession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute

i think it would be considered and charged as a "dangerous drug" meaning you had it w/o a RX, for one.
