The main problem I see is it's basically taking away from beauty of chicken. It's so lean. I think skin on a chicken breast is roughly 9 - 10g of fat. So it's not terrible, but I almost see it counter productive... unless you not dieting to lose fat, it's prob no biggie.
if you are trying to lose weight removing the skin and eating less chicken and more veggies with your meal is a good idea. it can really make a difference in the long run
