Havent seen a good Kettlebell thread in awhile

Anyone still use them?
I think they are shitoads of fun with a ton of different uses for functional training, sports performance, flexibility and rehab

I am especially partial to kettlebell swings and Turkish Get ups..

I train w/ them weekly. At my Oly gym they are pretty popular. Turkish Get-Ups, swings, snatches, Cleans, etc....
