I'm curious to know how many of you have had solid tissue under the nips and actually gotten rid of it. I've heard this formula will eliminate the puffiness and drastically if not completely eliminate the lumps underneath that have formed. Interested in seeing what everyone has experienced....

When the gyno comes on, how many mgs of nolva do you take. Do you take until gyno diappears or continue throughout rest of cycle? I also got a little bit of gyno from puberty and I am starting my first cycle soon. I am worried that i am going devlop gyno rather easily so I need to know how to treat it accordingly. Cycle will be mild. 50mg tbol ed for five weeks. Stats

Good news, yeah my left nip is fucking rancid. I try not to touch them or anything but I'm not used to having a lump so I always find myself feeling on them which probably doesnt help the issue. I don't know, they are pretty big lumps but I think the formula will eliminate it from the sound of things..

I've gotten painful nips a few times, and also gotten small, hard lumps under them a few times also. Never big, puffy full-on BOOBS, but painful solid lumps. Took nolva, 60mg the first day, 40mg the 2nd and 3rd day, and 20mg/day for another week or two, went completely away every time. Recently I've gotten a little puffiness but no more lumps, nolva always takes care of it. Maybe one of these days when I start running more "manly" cycles like 1.5g's of test I'll use one of those fancy AI's like aromasin

i take 10mg of nolva throughout the cycle...if i decide to not use nolva until gyno starts appearing, i use 40mg the first day and 20mg following until it goes away. At your weight i dont think 60mg the first day is right. if you dont have nolva on hand use clomid or aromasin...i personally use 100mg clomid the first sign and 50mg until it goes away...but i think everyone is different and i would just try it out and see what works best for your body

That's what I've got. I almost think that femera/dostinex is too much. From what it sounds, the nolva should take care of it but I'm not going to take any chances. I'm just going to take it. I'm using clomid right now @ 50mg/d for pct and they dont seem to be getting worse or better. Hopefully this formula works well.

It will help with prolactin induces puffiness and any prolactin induced gyno....Much better than Bromo IMO.

ditto! i freaked when it happened. don't worry. the key is time!! my shit was even a little more pronounced, but by lowering my dosage of test, ending drol in my cycle, and doing 40 mg nolva and 50 mg clomid ED, the results were seen in 4 weeks. the thing is i put on excessive fat and the nolva/clomid repressed the estrogen that was putting on extra fat. the result was i got rid of gyno and got cut at the same time!!

No used some Arimidex and NOlva , but my problem dates back to puberty......I know for sure that I need surgery.........just missing the $$$ and time, when I do my cutting cycle doesn't show that much.....but thight shirts still don't like them...LOL

I get Gyno after a few weeks on Sus, but 40mg Nolva/day gets rid in a week or so then carry on through cycle with 20mg/day. Its nasty when it comes though, starts a bit sore to the touch then in a couple of days really painful small lumps, Nolva always kills it though.

@thebiggerpicture - I'm suffering from the same problem - unilateral (one-sided) gynecomastia from puberty. The possible options, as far as I know, are surgery (which is expensive) or trying to treat it with medications. I did a cycle of Letro for a sore lump under my left nipple. Cycle lasted 4+ weeks and lump shrank a good amount. Began Nolvadex and Prami and slowly tapered off of Letro. As I was tapering off, while still on Letro and Prami, lump increased to original size. Growth was noticeable daily. Read Needtogetaas's article and contacted him with my story and some blood results. Was told to get Letro, Nolva, and Prami again along with two other meds (topical and pill). Waiting to hear back for what I am suppose to do next. Slightly skeptical since I just purchased the three main ingredients again, but I am still hopeful. Maybe the regimen will be dosed differently? We shall see...

I recently read where large doses of vitamin b6 are great at clearing up estrogen induced gyno.lately I've started taking 600 to 800mgs a day and my gyno symptoms have started going away.that's only good for test induced gyno.not a progesterone induced gyno btw

Nolva and Relox with help reduce puffy nips from excess estrogen but in my experience Letro is the only thing that will reduce actual gyno - tissue buildup (hard lump) from the gland. I was running a high test cycle about a year ago with pre exsisting gyno. Even with Adex I developed a bad case on left side about the size of a golf ball, not fucking fun. I ran 60mg of Relox and 1.25mg Letro ED for about 5 weeks and tapered down from there. The lump is still there but I would estimate it is about 15% of the size it was. Warning, running that much Letro will reduce your total estrogen to almost nothing which brings about some not so fun sides: NO libido, ED, ache joints, lethargy. But this is does work and I have seen it work first hand on gyno that was years old.

nononono, you are 14 years old. You do not want to screw with nolva now.
NOR ANY AI's.
From what you describe you have inhertiable gyno anyways, surgery will provide a fix that lasts you a Lifetime.
Take if from someone who had gyno surgery at 17,
its no big deal, and the younger you are when removing it, the less scarring.

I mean, I don't know about the Health care system in the USA,
but in any modern country in Europe (at least most EU countries) you will get that fixed with surgery without having to pay anything.
And i would suspect that if in the US, you have Insurance.
Insurance should cover this, as gyno at 14 is a disease.
(It's a disease the same way as if you got an extra thumb . It might not hinder daily function, but it is mentally traumatic)

Go tell Your doc that this really fucks with Your mind,
and that this is so difficult for you that you don't feel comfortable in the showers at gym,
or even when alone. That shoud set you up for surgery quick.
