Old Gyno

I took 2 pro hormones about 6 months ago and about 2 months apart. I wasn't educated well enough and didn't do enough research on the subject to use an AI. I developed a penny-sized lump underneath both nipples that are sensitive and also has some puffiness. Is there anything I can purchase such as Letrozole to make the effects go away or have I waited too long and have the lumps crystalized? I would like to get rid of them because I notice it and I want to try a low dose of test E with Nolvadex on hand now that I know more of what I'm doing. Would test cause the gyno to enlarge if I cant get rid of it even while on nolva?

Yes , test aromatizes . Id work on ridding of your gyno first . Talk to needto . He's a great guy with alot of knowledge on the subject .
