One of my first jobs, I worked in the shoe dept. at a local clothing store. It sucked major ass. Shoe sales were down bigtime, or so i was told by the manager on several occasions. I simply would not solicit sales. If a customer needed help, I would help them, other than that I stood behind my counter and fucked off. I just wasnt cut out for sales cause I take no for an answer.
