so...yesturday i come home from the gym food is all set on the table (which never fuking happens in my home cause i usually cook since im on a specific diet) anyways she is all smiles talking to me all sweet and what not. I ate my meal and she told me to take a shower. So i knew right away i was gonna pound some camel toe so i hoped in the shower and didn't even dry off completely and saw my wife in these tight ass leggings and no top.

She starts to tease and give me dome when all of a sudden SHE LIKE LITERALLY ALMOST BITES OFF MY DICK AND SCREAMS AT ME LIKE A CRAZY PSYCO!! "WHY ARE YOU DOING STEROIDS?!!! She cant kick me out cause its my house. She left yesturday and is staying at her sisters place.
She can tell me to stop but fuk that. She should be thankful that i still want to look good for her and its better i spend the money on gear instead of going out partying or on stippers and hookers idlf you ask me.
Im so mad that she cant even repect my privacy....

She shouldn't have gone through your stuff, but you shouldn't have been lying about it either. Let's be real here. Her reaction was ten levels of psycho, but that doesn't mean she didn't have any right to be upset.

Lies by omission are a real thing. You were willfully deceptive in keeping it a secret. I'm not saying she had justification to flip out to that level, or that she handled it well, but you need to accept some responsibility.

I get boundaries and privacy and all that, but idk about all that. How did she not know? Did you promise you weren't? Does she have a bad experience with someone from the past? Do you have a mental illness that might make it really over the top irresponsible for you to be using? Did you lie to her about something recently? Her reaction to this doesn't add up and I feel like there is more to this story since she is now not staying in the house with you.

I'm all about respecting boundaries, but you are married. You shouldn't be hiding that kind of thing. The fact that she caught your lie in a way you don't like doesn't mean it wasn't a breach of trust for you to hide it in the first place.

I'm with Cindy, this doesn't add up.

I never promise something i cant keep and thats a fact! No im the first guy she has known that has done it. I tried to explain to her what its all about but she is like talking to a damn brick wall. And there isnt anything more....she just overreacted and is too stuborn to say she is sorry

There's no way that was his motivation, or he wouldn't be so pissed about her "going through his shit." He was being deceptive because he wanted to do something he knew she wouldn't like, and he didn't want to deal with her nagging him about it. Now he's pissed he got caught and can't even own up to the fact that he was dishonest with her by not being open about it and as a result bears some fault in the situation he's in.

he's acting like a cheater who blows up after his partner discovers his cheating by snooping through his phone. Was the snooping ok? Of course not. But the fact that hypothetical wife/gf found anything bad is on hypothetical cheater for creeping in the first place.

Don't enable this dude. His wife went nuts, it wasn't cool, but the whole victim act is bs.
