You won't be able to get to sleep if you take them past late afternoon........so make sure to take all your doses before about 4 or 5 in the afternoon. i take saw palmetto extract to counteract prostate and hair problems from PH's and what not, so i use that for the prostate problems that may arise from ripped fuel/xenadrine etc. people say it does not work, but saw palmetto extract works for prostate for sure.......and i am 99% sure it helps with hair fallout since i get little fallout while using it, and moderate fallout when not. also, it will make your heart beat faster and make you sweat like a pig. so if you have any heart related problems or are prone to sweating (as i am).......be warned.
