Has anyone gotten rid of Scar tissue lumps?

Has anyone here gotten rid of scar tissue lumps in the glutes or maybe any other area? If so what exactly did you do? And don't say massage the area after every inject because thats preventative not after its there.

my only experience is with scar tissue from having my gyno removed. it took about 6-months to 1 year to soften up a bit. I used nothing , it just takes time.

I used to have couple big ones but after a while they go away if you don't keep stabbing there!

try moving away from the lump. your entire glute can't be all scar

Be careful following this advice. The upper/outer quadrant of the glutes is the only safe place to inject as there is too much risk of hitting the sciatic nerve in other areas of the glutes.

You're far better off changing your injection site to another area of the body if the scar tissue is excessive in the glutes.

ive never had problems myself. ive always used finest pins and rotated injects
