Im fairly new to BB, I have been lifting for about 3 years now, but my diet has never been correct.. can anyone give me a sample meal plan ..? Im 6'1 148 lbs
Its probably going to take more than just telling yourself to eat a lot. You need to write down a plan probably 4-5000 cal if you are a hard gainer and see how it goes from there
Take bigger bites I know what you mean, theres only so much time I have to eat in a day. Its been more then once where I thought I was going to puke all over the place. But its gotta be done.
Calorie density is the key when trying to gain weight as opposed to nutrient density when dieting. (you will still get plenty of nutrients with the quantity of food)
Go to your local school/college/county library and check out a few books regarding nutrition(not a BB focused book), try and get one that is geared towards the college textbook type, that will do more for you than any info you can get off any BB website.
