My mistake. One shot in the glute per week alternating sides each week. For those of you that asked about diet, here is a typical day that I'm able to do at least 4 days a week or more. Cyto gainer or Muscle milk shake first thing in the morning. Breakfast meal of a bagle with either 4 egg whites or 1/4 lb of turkey meat and tomatoes. Usually a protein bar of cliff bar or something a few hours later. For lunch I am usually with clients so it varies and I always pick something filling and full of protein or add more protein. (eg. add an extra chicken breast to a grilled chicken sandwich or something. Another bar later in the afternoon especially if I didn't have one before lunch. Then dinner varies again since I'm on the road a lot but something large and extra protein. Tonight I ordered a salad with grilled chicken on it with two extra sides of chicken to put on it. Then usually another shake before bed. This was my exact diet the last two days but Sunday I didn't eat quite as much.
