Hard gainer looking to mix ? with Test

I'm eight weeks into a cycle of test 250 enant (2g's) plus Bold 200 (1g) and I have only gained 10 pounds. I have always been a hard gainer and have a super fast metabolism. I weigh 174 and easily eat more than most people 250lbs and up. I eat 4 meals a day plus protein shakes and bars in between so I know food intake is not a problem.
Any ideas on a better cycle to try next time with the least sexual side effects or other side effects? (The T250 has been nice for the sex life.) How about something better than Bold to mix with the T250?

There are a lot of very very knowledgeable bro's here that could help maybe tweak your whole routine. I'm not saying you're doing anything wrong but I've been more than impressed with the knowledge I've seen here so list everything. I mean get really detailed and some of the more advanced members will help you tweak it out. List your full diet, age, height, weight, lifting experience, cycle experience, and anything else you think that pertains to your lifting like sleep etc....
 
are you really taking 3grams a week of gear at 174lbs ?? are you overtraining ? are you getting enough sleep ?
 
Three grams for 8 weeks and you gained 10 pounds? You should have put on more WATER than 10 pounds in 8 weeks. Either your test is not real, you're eating under 2500 calories a day, or you are AS resistant. There are people, I don't know any, that are resistant to hormone replacements. It has to do with messed up receptors if I remember right. That's one in a million though.
 
Here are a few more details about my routine. I forgot to mention that I am also taking arimidex to help keep the water off. I workout about 4 days a week focusing on seperate muscle groups each workout. I have only been on a serious workout routine for about 2 years and I waited until I had a decent base of muscle definition until I tried any gear. I get about 6 hours of sleep during the week (I know it's probably not enough) and 8 hours on the weekends. This is my first cycle (kind of). I actually started with T400 but it hurt so bad that I switched to the 250 after 3 or 4 weeks. I'm 34 years old, 5'11" and fluctuate between about 174 and 177. I also know the gear is good because my workout buddy is doing it at the same time and using only 1g of test and no Bold added and he put on twice as much muscle as me. If that helps with any further suggestions I appreciate it.
 
are u taking in enough protien i mena your deit is it clean or r u eating a lot of fats food? I have gotten betetr resluts from 500 mgs of gear that 1g of gear, I had soem popel help me out and it has worked wonderrs more is not always = more gains, always = more sides. just my 2cents but I am 185 right now at 6' tall and i wnet from 135 to that with no more than 500 mgs of test in 2 yrs so maybe u workouts are just not on point post up your routine and deit and bros will help.

Shit, with that much gear something ain't right. What are you eating exactly. You should be blowing up nicely on that.
 
3 GRAMS OF GEAR AND 10 POUNDS. DAMN. Did you buy that gear from Ashton Kutcher because I think you got Punk'd. :Chef: :tuc:
 
OK, I'm really surprised that nobody has really busted your balls about how much you're taking for basically what is your first cycle. WHAT THE FUCK BRO? Who ever told you to take that much is an idiot! If you decided that yourself, then you're an idiot. OK I'm done now.

If the gear is real and you say you're getting enough calories, then like ulter said, you're probably one of the unlucky bastards who just don't respond well.
Forget about test and EQ, they obviously don't work for you. You'll just have to keep trying different compounds. Bumping the test up to 5g's per week isn't going to work. KEEP THE DOSAGES REASONABLE. If you're not responding at normally recommended dose then I doubt you'll see much at twice the dose.

I was going to say this but I was interested in seeing how much food he's (not) eating and didn't want to scare him off. :)
 
are you not meaning that you have taken a total of 2g of test(250mg/wk) and 1g of Eq(125mg/wk)? That seems a lot more reasonable.
 
Oh Shit! Good thing a couple of you said something. I said 3g per week when I meant to say 3 ML per week (a full pin). 2 ML of T250 and 1 ML of Bold 200 (Equipose). Big difference... My mistake. One shot in the glute per week alternating sides each week. For those of you that asked about diet, here is a typical day that I'm able to do at least 4 days a week or more. Cyto gainer or Muscle milk shake first thing in the morning. Breakfast meal of a bagle with either 4 egg whites or 1/4 lb of turkey meat and tomatoes. Usually a protein bar of cliff bar or something a few hours later. For lunch I am usually with clients so it varies and I always pick something filling and full of protein or add more protein. (eg. add an extra chicken breast to a grilled chicken sandwich or something. Another bar later in the afternoon especially if I didn't have one before lunch. Then dinner varies again since I'm on the road a lot but something large and extra protein. Tonight I ordered a salad with grilled chicken on it with two extra sides of chicken to put on it. Then usually another shake before bed. This was my exact diet the last two days but Sunday I didn't eat quite as much.

Bingo!.... thats the problem, you're not eating nearly as much as you need to. First off, if you;re a true hardgainer you dont need to be worried bout a little extra fat and all that nonsense with you're all egg whites etc. muscle milk may be fine for a pwo shake but its not real food and it definetly isnt as good as oatmeal and toast in the morning. Make the egg whites whole eggs and eat at least 6. Next, bars are junk imo, and having one for a snack before lunch isnt gonna cut it. Youre second meal needs to be real food. Bars and shakes are not meals in and of themselves. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Bottom Line. It's not breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snakc, etc..... It's: Meal 1, meal 2, meal 3, etc.... You need a lot more food in there and good carbs such as oatmeal, bread, pasta. A chicken salad is fine when dieting, but how many calories do you think you're getting in? Bulking up, especially for hardgainers is about calories. All you need to do to gain weight is to consume more calories than you burn off. PERIOD. Do this by eating over 5 meals a day and you will gain weight, which the eq should be helping you do. Jimguy, Good info, thanks for the reply. Let me get your advice on some meal 2 and meal 4 options (after breakfast and after lunch). Unfortunitely my work schedule makes it impossible to sit down to more than the meals I mentioned. I'm on the road all day racing from one appointment to another which is why I keep bars in the car (I figure it's better than nothing when I have no extra time). Is there a meal option better than bars that I can keep in the car and eat on the run before lunch and after lunch? I know I can definitely use some more calories, but I must admit I'm suprised that it's the main part of my problem. My body builder friends that weigh much more than me always tell me how shocked they are as to how much food I pack away. I wasn't kidding when I said for lunch and dinner I always double up or triple up on the protein portion. Sometimes just ordering 2 full meals. (These are guys that weigh 180 to 230 now and easily gained 30 lbs or more on their first cycle). The reason I'm watching the carbs and fat now is that I was gaining too much fat for a while. I was hiding my abs. Once I cut some of the fat and carbs from my diet my body fat went down and my weight stayed about the same. I'll take your advice and add in more carbs again. Outside of more calories do you have a suggestion for something better than eq to take with test. Also how about my dosage? By the way to be more specific I'm trying to just build some more muscle mass and definition. I'm not just trying to gain lbs to get into a higher weight class or anything like that. Thanks again for your help on this.
 
Hmm 10 pounds isnt that bad of a gain if its muscle....Add 2 to 3 meal replacements a day and you will gain weight! If your not lifting heavy and sore for 3 days after workout your not doing its right and all the gear in the world wont help yea! Lite weight and high reps doesnt build mass muscle!
 
you need at least 4000+ calories a day to see some real results. i'm currently using muscle milk myself but i'm drinking 4 a day plus six to seven meals a day. if your trying to gain weight you have to eat 5-7 times a day. also eat something with your shakes the extra food won't hurt as long as its fairly healthy.
 
ok farily light cycle you got there so 10lbs not too bad, but increase calories, add winny in moderate dose (I will not say how much becuase when I say things like, add 10mg /day winny, to newbies running their first cycles, I tend to get flamed by bros who feel such a low dose is a total waste, even thought it will make a BIG synergy with your cycle) then you should be rockin
 
on my cycle i was eating 10-12 meals a day... and i stayed same bf or got a litle leaner.. it wasn';t the cleanest either..
10 lbs of muscle for a 1st cycle is decent.
