You are right. absolutely. I was not trying to kill anyone when I was inducted.

I'm not sure how to interpret this. If you were in military school, the purpose of your training was to teach you to kill or facilitate killing. Or are you claiming all the 'POWs' in camps were trying to kill Americans. Or are you claiming you were some kind of conscientious objector who joined the military. Anyway the purpose of any country's military staff is to kill or facilitate killing. It's only the master that differs. Of the written word, sarcasm is the hardest read. It doesn't matter as much what your intentions are as it matters what you do.
