First off thats more work than a workout just to not get a hangover. My method which works for me 3 times a week every week is as follows. Make sure you are hydrated before you go drinking. When you are done drinking, eating helps. Im a fan of pizza when im drunk. Something to the tune of 3 or 4 slices. Then start with the water before you pass out. I like to down as much as possible. I wake up in the morning, take a piss a cup of coffee and take a nice crap and feel Great. Never had a hangover following this method no matter how much i drink.
