sometimes-depends on the machine- you can do single leg curls on leg extension facing other way

Um, I think that's strOngchick. "string" might be taken offensively.
Definately wish my gym had the single leg curls...those rock! Unfortunately trying the leg extension backwards hurts the hell outta my quads (crappy padding). Oh well, back to SLDLs!
