Never tried Halo for Her, but I ran NTBM's Helladrol at 2 caps per day. I believe the two compounds are pretty similiar. Halo for her is 10 mg/cap and Helladrol is 25 mg/cap. I actually got more strength and size on this than anavar. I would use this as a mass builder for sure.
