So far, heres what ive eaten. Im nice and full.
1) 2 cups of oats (dry measure)
2 scoops whey
2) 3 scoops gatorade
2 scoops whey
3) 5 tuna sandwhiches
4) 1/2 pd extra lean ground turkey
heaping plate of wholewheat pasta
package of beef jerky
2 banana muffins
