Just remember my young friends, if you take reasonable care of yourselves, 50 is not that big a deal. I'll be 52 in a few months.

Hell! When I was 21, I though 30 was death. LOL!
50 is not 21, but I still lift 5 days a week, I'm about 10-12% BF. I can Bench Press over 350 lbs, and squat 400.

My advice....Eat right, excercise, fuck like rodents, and HAVE FUN!
