hair loss thread

I'm starting 500mg Test E very soon. I have MPD and have been on propecia for 3 years. It slowed my hair loss tremendously, but I've still been losing hair very slowly over the last 3 years. No complaints though. I have a slight recding hairline when i should be completely bald. Is anyone in a similar situation that has done test cycles? Or any comments about experience with test/hairloss/propecia in general?

If you are prone to hairloss, test may speed up the process, but it just depends on the individual. Everyone told me I'd lose hair on anadrol(I have thin hair and a widow's peak), but I didn't lose any.

Everyone reacts different to gear.

D bol kills mine. I'll shead like a cat but I don't have that much of a problem with test. Stay on the propecia and monoxidil. good luck

its kind of wierd cause i have no family history of hair loss and it is heriditary. However i took a cycle of D bol and all of the sudden i started losing hair. I got on propecia the hair loss stop, but then i start taking clomid for my pct and i noticed some shedding

Everything I have read says there is nothing to stop hair loss while on Anadrol or D bol. At least there is nothing for me. As to you comment about the clomid, I loose some while on clomid also. I usually start to see some new growth after a few weeks of being off the clomid.

I've shed like a cat my whole life. whether on AAS or off. My hair is still thick and full. What's up with that? My wife is amazed an how much hair I lose in my comb, every day (a big hand-full) but my head always stays full of hair. Wierd?

LOL You sound like my father farmer john. He is 70 and has 10 times the hair I have and he sheds like hell. If I lost what he does I would be bald in a week.

Might want to consider dutasteride (Brand name: Avodart) for some additional protection. Dutasteride is more effective than finasteride (Propecia/Proscar) in reducing serum DHT levels. Also, throwing Nizoral shampoo into the mix can be helpful.

Or some Finasteride. Works well for me
