Maybe although I am less than impressive right now, spent 8 months semi-bed ridden so rebuilding strength and cutting atm. Am 218 at like 20%bf, doing powerlifting training at a caloric deficit on a ckd.

That would be me and because I rarely did photo updates people thought I was that small 190 lbs guy in the red man panties in my avatar for a couple years and it never clicked that years of test and tren probably were making me grow.. so peeps got a little shocked when I snapped a web cam pic of my ex and I about to head to a club at 250 lbs with 20" arms.

I have been training hard since then for months, I blew up to like 245 once I started lifting (muscle memory is some amazing shit when you used to hit the sauce hard) and have been cutting since as I was fat as fuck. Went from benching and squating the bar for 2 weeks to repping 225 on my bench and 315 atg on my squats... but my lifts are currently quite low for my size... becuase as we all know anything less than a 315 bench = a pussy.

But seriously I could not bench the bar with good form or walk around the block when I started again. LoL Going at it full beast modez now, na mean broseph?

Yea Im back in the gym after no weights for 4 years, weak as fuck but doing the Omega program and it looks to be really good.

My basic schedule:

Mon: box squats (4" below parallel), max effort bench, tricep and other accesory work

Tues: Max effort deadlift, biceps and accessory work

Wed: box squats, speed bench, triceps/accesory work

Thurs: play around day, good mornings, standing presses, biceps and fun stuff

Fri: box squats, close grip bench or reverse bench, speed bench, accessory

I do chins as pullups at home as I feel like

Accessories are things like farmer's walks, tons of face pulls, tricp isos, shrugs, grip work, abs, weighted hypers etc.

Sat & Sun: chill
