that company sold protein in past that was like 5 grams that they said was 24

ive had it and i liked the taste but im going to have to agree with finalabs. IDS is surrounded with bullshit. Theyve recalled their protein powder like 3 times because the protein didnt match the nutrition label on the back. theyre stuff is trash imo.

I think collagen has its place for the maintainance of healthy skin and tendons.
