Gyno surgery

I just went and saw the plastic surgeon. She told me that she didn't want to do the surgery because " You dont have enough fat in the area and if I do a liposuction then theres a possibilty that I may damage the skin or the muscle and it will cause the muscle to stick to the skin which does not look right"

what is this bullshit? Have any of you been told this? Who has had gyno surgery with liposuction, how severe was the gyno? I dont have tits or anything but my chest definately doesnt look normal. I need help here because this is very troubling to me. Anyone in california know any good gyno surgeons?

I don't know man...The Rock had what seemed to be small gyno, and he got surgery for his. Maybe you need to see someone else.

I've had lipo for gyno. Mine was moderate but not extremely bad. I wish I had done some cutting before I had the surgery. I've lost 30 lbs. mostly fat since I had the operation. I'm wondering now what I would have looked like without the surgery.

Some surgeons are conservative and don't want to perform the operation unless it's an extreme case. Shop around for a surgeon. I visited 3 before deciding which one to perform the operation.

Wow Dr. Nadler works right by me... Is he the man to go for gyno operations?

He is the man in your area. He is a bodybuilder himself. I saw him do some calf implants on a tv show last month.


The reason that bitch will not do your surgery is because she doesnt have enough expertise and doesnt want to look like a novice.
Alot of cosmetic surgeons are built on ego boss.

shifti, where do you live? the two doctors i know of with the best rep are in ny and boston. nadler did my surgery and he is fantastic even though it took three surgeries to fully remove the tissue on my left side. i had the surgery too young (my gyno was due to puberty) so it kept coming back, but to his credit he guarantees his work and will do ten surgeries to get it right. as far as what that doctor told you, get a second opinion, a good surgeon could do this with no problem. she should be concerned with the tissue, not the fat in the area.
