I was able to train the day after the gyno surgery. (not very smart)
this lead to some small complications though.
The message I'm trying to give is that you'll be up on your feet in no time.
(and you wont be bandaged up, just some compress over each nipple, which you really can replace by a simple band aid by day 2 or 3.)
Everyone is different ofcourse, and there are different techniques, one were they're going in under the arm,
so you'll get less visible scarring. Mine led to scar on the nipple itself, (they went in directly) which is very difficult to see unless you know what to look for.
As for help to get home, well even though I didn't get full anesthesia I was drugged to the point were I couldn't keep my eyes open,
(this was my fault, I tried to get up during the surgery to see what they were doing)
and would not have been able to drive. Don't really remember much of that day at all.
