Gyno reversal on TRT (still taking AI)

Hoping for some help.

I've done a lot of reading on the recommendations of tamoxifen for gyno reversal. So it's been decided that I will be taking 20mg ED till it subsides. I have two questions, however.
Whats everyone else's opinions on this, and has anyone been succesful doing this while on TRT?
Also, do I continue to take my AI (.5mg 2x/wk after injections) while taking the tamox?

Thanks in advance.

Hi first just let me say I'm not on trt however I am nearing the end of a six month nova 20mg a day course I got gyno from running ldg a sarm and I can say that it has worked so good luck keep us posted on your results

Jerry ward made a video about dealing with gyno, claiming that nolva shrinks the gland and once you stop the nolvadex your lump will return to normal size. Once that estrogen hardens im pretty sure there is no way to reverse it except surgery.

You still need to take your AI. All your doing is adding tamox to the mix to treat your gyno. Your trt protocol should not change.

I'd first get tested for Estrogen, Progesterone and Prolactin to find the culprit and determine the best treatment.

i.e. if you have gyno because of high prolactin then all the AIs and SERMs in the world won't do much but caber may work wonders.

Maybe your insurance can pay for it but ask your GP to refer you to an endocrinologist for these tests.

Had E2 and prolactin checked recently. E2 came back at 40 with a ref range or 40-160 pmol/l. Prolactin was 222 mIU/l with refereance range up to 350.

Where to go from here?

Depending on how bad guno is you can try low dose caber to get prolacting at the lower end of normal to see if it helps a bit.
Or get the unavoidable surgery.
