Gyno lump, help please!

I've been on for a few years blasting and cruising but never had gyno issues.

My last blast was 600 deca with 600 test e and on the 12th week I noticed a hard slightly painful lump.
I stopped the deca 3 weeks ago and am back to cruise dose with the test.

I ran prami and adex throughout. I have nolva on hand but no sure if I should use it. I also have letro on it's way.

Any idea's how I should combat this?

The adex alone should be enough, start with 0.5 mg 2 days a week, and then if not reducing jump to 0.5 mg ed.

The lump should disappear if its not old

Wow that is some serious protocol, i had gyno problems and i fixed it with 2 months of adex tappering.

Get some blood work,,,see where the problem stems from,,,then treat it accordingly.

I've been running it at 0.5 ed for the past few weeks. Should I just keep this up and wait to see what happens when the deca clears and test lowers?

It's only been there about 4 weeks, before I noticed I was on .25 ed adex

No I blast and cruise. Just lowered my dose down to 200mg per week. Still running adex, just finished my prami but have caber on the way

I dont think it is progesterone gyno, deca is not that strong. It must be estrogen gyno. Add some tamoxifen 20 mg and continue with the adex 0.5 mg ed. It should be reduced and then try to lower the dose of adex until you withaw it and continue with only tamoxifen.

I was worried about using nolva as I just finished deca.. Do you think it will be fine now the deca has mostly cleared?
