Hello all looking for peoples opinions on the dreaded gyno
Having delt with gyno for the last few years myself looking into it a lot deeper now in a bid to help others out
Now a few questions
1. Once a lump has manifested does it have a limit in how big it will get or dies continue growing reason i ask is i have had a gyno lump for a good few years now about dime size constantly sensitive tender etc on and off cycle but it doesnt seem to have grown any in all this time not noticible to anyone but me either
2. Will you really grows a pair or just the lump slighly puffy nips ir is it a total individual thing etc genetics
3. Could it be that once you have lumps and they reach there limit obvs will become inflamed on cycle painful etc but will you actually need an ai apart from the pain as the damage is done?
Know a few people who dont bother with ais even though they have lumps and they do become bothersome but again no new growth?
