My fat loss Journey starts  this month and my goal is to get the leanest I've ever been as an adult.
I'm currently 6 ft tall and 260 lb. the machine at the gym said I was 25% body fat which is probably about right.
I'm going to use cardarine GW 501 516, what should I stack with it to get me the best results I am going to diet hard and do a lot of cardio
