There is too much glorification of violence in our culture.
I would admit that I watch movies where 'good guy' kills all the 'bad guys'. His gun keeps on shooting 35 rounds without needing to reload.

Media just shows us what we want to see.

as i posted in another thread, two of the deadliest attacks in this country were done with box cutters and a truck full of fertilizer. an insane person on a suicide mission will find some way to kill a lot of people .

i don't know , how many people could he kill with a u-haul truck containing some gasoline and fertilizer? my point is an insane person hell bent on killing a lot of people and taking his life also can plot and plan for a long time and his killing device does not necessarily need to be a gun.

Your point is a valid one but doesn't change the fact that using a gun to kill a load of students is a class is a lot easier. Where there are deadly weapons easily available it'll be easier to kill and more killings will take place.
