Yea, somewhere around there. I'm on 400ml deca a week I do feel really bloated. Especially around my waist.

If it's just deca bloat that is blurring your definition, you could sweat that out and might look closer to 9-10%.

I agree with everyone 11-12%

but I am shocked you are that height and weight. I would of guessed you weigh a lot less for your height. you have lean muscle. I think that a tan and some oil will help bring out more of your size
