Wow I just logged on and found this out. He was a great person, always willing to answer questions and help people out. My condolences to his family. He will be missed. I think I'm still in shock. Can we make a greatest Guardian posts and make it a sticky or something?

wow im shocked. this can happen to anyone. im on blood pressure meds and every so often i get a huge flutter that lasts a good 10-15 seconds followed up by a severely rapid heartbeat. it scares me that this can happen to anyone. he was in awesome shape. I admired him a lot. i pray for him and his family.

this is crazy. i was reading all the posts and even though this is about him and he is gone I still found myself scrolling down just waiting for those killer legs to pop up and see his post. It seemed like every thread i would read would have those legs and a post of great advice. RIP Guardian!!!!!! At least when we get to heaven some day we know that a good bro is there waitimg to show us where the good gyms are.
