im 5'2 20f 115 lbs i have my caloric intake for the day and its 1080..now how do i figure out how much gms. goes to protein carbs fats? i have a couple of math figures tell me if im wrong...to figure out how much protein u need per day its ur desired weight x 1.5 to figure out how much calories of ur diet will come from protein its ur protein per day in gms x 4 please correct me if im wrong
 
Lets say your going on a 50/30/20 diet

you would take your Cal's

1080 x .50 = 540
540 div 4 = 135g protein

1080 x .30 = 324
324 div 4 = 81g carb's

1080 x .20 = 216
216 div 9 = 24g fat

Hope this helps abit:)
 
I take your weight and times it by 12 it =1380
I take your weight and times it by 11 it = 1265
I take your weight and times it by 10 it = 1150

How did you get your Cal's count?
 
hmm now sum1 just told me its ur regular weight ur at now mulitiplied by 1.5........when i always thought it was DESIRED..help
 
1100 calories isn't much calories at all.At your current weight you would have to be very lean anyway.
