You've got chronic elbow pain and you want to do Winstrol ? no no no bro --

many people may tell you GH will help,, but in my experience it doesn't always help -- I have actually seen a lot of anecdotal evidence tha GH aggravates joint pain --

Many will call BS on me,, but I am old school and I still swear by deca for joint issues / tendonitis

But Do not gon On Winstrol
I ALWAYS run a little Deca when cutting to "grease" the joints. Especially running GH - the joint pain I've experience has been pretty bad, I added half a cc Deca (175mgs) a week cleared it right up. I know a ton of people that I've mentioned this to and everyone one of them has had amazing, positive results.

I don't know the specifics of your injury -- but in general I would use rest -- low weight low intensity training -- physio -- and deca -- maybe even glucosamine
ive tried just about every different training regime in a bid to help, i even stopped training for six weeks and did nothing but cardio and still no better. im probably gonna go for the op in 6 months as its the last option. with regards to glucosomine, ive tried that for 6 months with no noticible difference and 2 seperate consultants have told me there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that glucosomine actually works and they both recommended me to stop wasting my money on it

thats right, no go on the winny if you already have joint problems. If i recall, the mechanism is that it reduces synovial fluid production - less lubrication = more friction = pain.

Deca masks the symptoms of joint pain by increasing storage of synovial fluid in joints.

Both Deca and GH will increase production of healthy collagen and elastin for stronger ligaments and tendons.

winny also increases collagen synthesis but its a brittle defectively cross-linked e collagen -- often leading to tear injuries as muscle strength increases and lig/ten strength decreases.

ok so im gonna drop the winny and add say 1 shot deca/week to the test/t3/clen. ant info on doses for the GH. ive heard so many opinions on doses and times. is it correct you only take it on training days? seems a bit odd to me! also what dose ? ive been informed 6-8 iu a day. any thoughts?
