gripwork pre-fatigue?

Do you normally do grip work after your workout when they are pre-fatigued or on a day where they are at there best?

I usually train grip on a seperate day... I think it needs just as much focus as every other body part, although I can't train it with much volume anymore or I just get fucked on my next training day.

I think I might be better off just training it after deads or else I just fail halfway through my deads, and other exercises like chins and shrugs.

I train mine after I lift...hard once a week and light another.

I've only started training my grip directly recently because I've noticed my arms give out before my other muscles on my back/bicep day (mostly pull type exercises). So I just throw in some wrist curls/extensions after I'm all done with everything.

I'm sure you can train it twice a week... but I'm just lazy :D
