I wanted to know how I could improve my grip strength I know one of the mods is a world record holder. I want to improve my grip strength for Jiu Jitsu. What should I be doing ?
1) Wrist roller work - google and YT it. You want a 2-inch version as it'll closely mimic the opponents wrist size.
2) Gather up a section of old GI and use it to loop through a clip attached to a cable machine. Then, as though you were pulling about an opponents GI yank it around. It'll develop finger tip power etc etc depending on how it's grabbed.
