They are a good antioxidant.
I would wait to add them in later - when you plateau. Of if you cycle thermo's - use them in conjunction with one kind, then stop taking them when you take another - make any sense?

In a nutshell........
They don't necessarily help with PG, but but green tea can help you GET PG. Both the actual tea and the capsules (extract) can help increase cervical mucous. Cervical mucous is what most people refer to as "discharge". It is a normal occurrance, and the mucous varies in consistency and texture depending on where you are in your cycle.
While there are various common forms of cervical mucous, the best kind to get PG is called "egg white" - it seriously is the consistency of egg whites, and looks like it too. Egg white cervical mucous is VERY fertile. Green tea helps increase the amount of cervical mucous, specifically egg white cervical mucous.
Most women get 1-2 days of egg white cervical mucous BEFORE ovulating. This is the signal that ovulation is about to occur. The body produces the egg white cervical mucous to help "move" the sperm to the egg. This way, the sperm is there waiting for the egg to "pop out".
The more egg white cervical mucous you have (more quantity and number of days) the more likely you are to get PG.
