Greatest dieting feats

List them.. I'm looking for the most fat people have lost with one consistant cutting program. What did you do? How long did it last? How many lbs/week did you lose? Did you plateau? From what % to what %?
 
from298 to 205

298 to 205 in eight months low fat med. carb high protein using xenadrine for fat burning lots of cardio , i hit a bigtime plateau about 235 i got mad quit dieting for 2 weeks panicked when i had gained 10 lbs ,when i started back dieting weightloss was at an increased rate moved steadily to my low of 205 , gained back to an current wt of 265-275 [fluctuates] but im carring a LOT more muscle , i occasionally cut to 235-240 i think i look good , i dont know what bf ive been big so much of my life and i look horible at real low bf at around 215 - 220 my ribcage is huge i get anorexic rib syndrome even with some fat:)
 
I went from 240-175 in about 1- 1/2 years and almost all of it was fat loss. I followed a moderate carb, high protein, low fat diet. I used E/C/A to help and trained 4 times a week in the PM while doing cardio 5 times a week in the AM. It took a lot of dedication and will power to do that as I have always been the fat kid my whole life until I finally got off my ass and did something about it

hehehe Congrats to you as well...Bulking is the easy part for me so when it's cutting time I get freaked out LOL I would love to be able to get back on E/C/A on my cutting cycles but now my anxiety won't allow me so I'm gonna give a low dose of DNP a try and hopefully that will work nice for the end of winter after my bulk cycle.

I did a zero carb diet for 3 months, and then a LOW (20grams or less / week) for a nother 5 mo.. I did this and went from 275 to 180.. now dont get me wrong i lost a ton of muscle, but a TON of fat.. Im now (after 6mo. of traditional mod carb low fat hi protien diet, and tons of lifting and mod. cardio (15mi/week running) 190 and 14% b.f. - and while i did the zero/low carb stuff i didnt do a thing, I just sat on my butt!
BTW- this is my first post on elitefitness, but ive got to say there are some smart people that post some stuff on here!

3 years ago I did the BFL lost 40lbs of fat. 240lbs down to 189lbs. used phen-free(eca stack) now 3 cycles later 230lbs @ 15% and on the treadmill/bike/sprints once more. dam cycles! heehee

I went from 275@32-35% to 218@16-18% in about 8 months. I followed the "I moved out on my own and couldn't afford to eat" plan. It worked great when combined w/ ECA, working out and cardio. I'm now back up to 270@22-23%, but I'm hoping to hit 280-285 before I start contest prep in February.

super a setting squats and deadlifts twice a week got me past a plateu when i was cutting.

i did that routine on leg day twice a week.

for about 2 months
 
Andy I do not have any personal success stories,

however I did drop to 150 this spring after 12 days on DNP, my BF was about 9 at that time, I am 5’5”, and 51 years old.

However a trainer at my gym (Costa Mesa, Calif.)

just won a show in early October in Culver City,

he claims is BF was 2%, which I believe is physically impossible,

but in any case he is way below 5% and looks great,

his secret is GH, swears buy it and the results speak for themselves.

WENT FROM 240 TO 186 . TOOK ME ABOUT 14 MONTHS ON A LOW CALORIE ,MODERATE CARB ,LOW FAT DIET . AND ECA ,BIG TIME .
CARDIO 4 TIMES A WEEK AND THE WEIGHTS 3 TIMES .
GOT REAL SKINNY FROM BEING A FAT ASS ALL MY LIFE ! BUT BECOUSE OF THE HIGH CARBS ENDED UP BURNING ALOT OF MUCLE ALONG THE WAY !
NEXT WAS A BODY OPUS DIET , KICKED ASS ,BUT BEING IN KETOSIS AND CARDIO JUST DONT FEEL GOOD AT ALL .
DO SHORT 4 OR 5 DAY CYCLES OF DMP ,SEEMS TO WORK GOOD AT STAYING LEAN .

I went from 267-150 lbs. in just about a year's time... and get this... I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH ANY DIET PILLS!!! No ECA, CLEN, DNP, Phen-Phen or any of that shit.

AND also, how's this... I DIDN'T RESTRICT MY CARBS VERY MUCH.

I Lost weight the old fashion way.


I was a slave for cardio!!!! I did it often and I did it intensely... Probably between 6-7 days per week, for an hour each day.... VERY INTENSE... Running or fast Stairstepper.

I ate a very clean mix of complex carbs and protein... lots of Fruits and Veggies, and very lean cuts of meat. I went an entire year without eating any red meat. It worked for me.

Since then, I have gotten up to 175 lbs.... all muscle.

It is what I am most proud of in my entire life!!!

I went from 46% bodyfat down to .01 % bodyfat in 6 days as well as turning my physique into a mountain of shredded mass with the Nitro-Tech Bar. (peanut butter flavor)
 
I went from 18% b/f to 3% b/f in one diet. It took 8 months and I shed 23 kilogrammes. I ate a moderate protein, high carb, low fat vegetarian diet.
 
After long drawn out divorce that took it toll on my physically I decided to get my shit back together again. Started 240@30%bf. Dieted and trained natural for about 6 weeks and got to 236@23%. At that point I hit a short 6 week fina/winny cycle but got sick after 4 weeks. Ended cycle at 250@20%. Continued wathcing diet and lifting like a mad man for another 6 weeks and got to 239@17%. Currently back on cycle and last night was tipping the scales at 254.5@15%.
 
245 down to 195 in 90 days doing cybergenics 14 day quick wieght loss plans back to back to back..... Lost alot of muscle, but it was worth it, cause I lost tons of fat!!

I went from 255 to 180 in about 7 months, I did the stellar 'eat one meal a day' diet, so I lost muscle along with the fat. I plateaued at around 210-215, and then I discovered the wonderful world of thermogenics.
 
went from 240 - 185 in like 6 months, i went from 240 - 200 in the first two months on a low carb high protein diet. I did lots of cardio. The first two months the weight just flew off me. The i got off the low carb diet and lost another 10 pounds in the next two months. Started my first cycle got back up to 202. Then hit up low carbs and cut back down to 185. Best shape of my life. Im 21 now last time i weighed 185 was around freshman year in high school when i was 14. Kinda weird heh.

4years ago i lost 30 pounds with no pills trained 4 times a week did my cardio by riding my bike 20 kilometers a 4 times a week and man was i tired and consumed an average of 4 strong cups of coffee a day ... well no pills but caffeine is a drug so i guess it was not completely natural but i got down to 162 pounds not sure how low my bodyfat was but one day i glanced at my arms and saw really good definition for the first time in my life... you know when you see veins in your biceps i was so happy lol on the down side i had to purchase new threads and all for my new 32 inch waist ... diet consisted of lots of skim milk tuna some salmon cut out bread entirely and of course the occasional snack pizza slice or hamburger but this was few and far between im still in good condition but for me that was the best codition i was ever in but i am going to bust my butt again and surpass that year even though im in my mid thities now... well thanx everyone for your success stories and good luck.
