Grapefruit Juice and oral steroids

I feel like this is a good idea in theory but Idk about in reality.

1. You don't know how much it actually effects the dosage..turning 20mg of Beast into 30-35 isn't exactly good when you think you might only be getting the effect of an extra 5mg instead of 10-15mg.

2. What if you don't drink the same exact amount of Grapefruit juice per day? Won't this be the same as taking lets say 20mg beast one day, 17mg the next, 34mg the next, 24mg the next...you get the idea.

I mean it sounds great but it seems a little risky. And i'm not knocking people who do it or anything and thanks for posting the link. Made sure I posted this little disclaimer before everyone and their grandma jumps on me for this post lol.

I do have to say though, if there was a way to estimate the effects (example. 40mg of Var + GF juice = 60mg effects), this would be a pretty sick way to save some money and get more results per mg.

either way I was/am going to take 30mg aday of beast. If the grapefruit thing works great, if not oh well I like grapefruit juice. Also I don't there would be a way to tell if the grapefruit juice is helping or not. Not like I'm going to go in and get my levels check to see how much is in my system lol.

i forgot about this thread until i read another study on grapefruit juice.

i just cant figure this one out. if you drink the grapefruit juice, you absorb more of w.e youre taking, but does this put more stress on your liver and kidneys?? i would assume so but not too sure
