gotta question on some cutting supplemetns, mostly HMB

ok i have been bulking since the near end of august and am gonna start cutting the beginning of january, i was thinking along with diet, cardio, 10 g glutamine, do u think...........

do u think HMB would be helpful, i want to keep as much strength as possible and get really cut, or is this just a product i dont really need to spend my money on

also i was gonna use xenadrine, how much of a difference do u think this makes for its money, also one more ?

are there any supps that can help me keep some strenght and preserve muscle mass while cutting, also none of the supps i listed can cause rapic fat loss but decrease strength will they?
 
HMB=CHOAD

HMB is largely a waste of money. For preserving muscle mass when dieting it’s probably a good idea to use either a topical andro (4AD), nor-andro (19-nor), or 1AD (oral or topical). Even better would be the quasi legal finasol –for info http://www.geocities.com/finasol42/ and http://pub24.ezboard.com/bfinaplix either by itself or mixed with a prohormone like 4AD. With fina and a good diet you will get harder and lose fat maybe even gain muscle size—strength for sure.

99% of fat burners are just caffeine and ephedrine with some adding yohimbine. A cheap route is minithins and jet alert (cheap caffeine pills) I also add some (5mg) yohimbine hcl you can buy the straight stuff from avant labs or herbal form(not as good imo) from about anywhere. But if you don’t want the trouble of ordering all this stuff separate xenadrine, MD6, Phenyltropic PPA are all good choices and I’m sure I forgot about 50 others. Not just to plug the board sponsor but the nice thing about Phenyltropic is 1 cap is the dose and the norephedrine gives you less of the shakes and does the same job.

With HMB I doubt the results are much different than a good diet and lots of protein and it’s a lot of money. I've given HMB a chance a few times in the past and haven't really noticed much if anything. This of course is just my experience.
 
I concur, a topical 4-AD or from what I hear 1-Ad would be good for preserving muscle on a cutting diet, assuming you're male.
