tomorrow june first at 8:30 am i go to trial facing 4th digree burglary, theft, and trespassing. if found guilty i will bes sentinced right afterwards and my punishment will start imediately. all i did was take some scrap metal from a dumpster area at an open industrial park. the property wasnt posted or anything. i honestly didnt think i was doing anything wrong, but it is what it is. i dont think i am going to go to jail or anything but if i do i just wanted to say goodbye to everyone here at ef and i will be back my first day out. hopefully i will be back tomorrow after court to update this thread with good news. wish me luck.
 
GOOD LUCK BRO! That shit is bullshit, everyone knows it, but if you have to go in have good attitude and it will pass by a lot easier. Hope your PCT went ok, that can be a bitch when you have to stop all that shit all at once.

Something good will happen out of all this, so make the best ofi t. Idk if youve been to jail but its not that bad. BS reason you are going but you cant fight it. Take the time to really focus on everything you love about life. Read some good books and play cards. Make some weightlifting goals
 
i hate that has happened to ya man i honestly think if your judge has any kinda heart at all you will be ok. you have given me good advice in the 2 months or so that i have been on here i will say a little prayer for you.

I hope all is well for you, but I can understand were they are coming from and you as well. I own a residential and commercial development company and ever since the economy took a hit people have been taking anything and everything from my job sites, and yes, even from the dumpster. I mean everything from scrap metal to man- hole cover to copper wiring. Over the last 6 months I have had 9 people arrested for taking from a job site, however only one has stood trial thus far.
So this might put a little ease on you. When the cops caught this guy he had taking from my job site the following:
16 Rolls of Flashing, 7 man-hole cover, 4 glass doors, and 300 pound roll of copper wiring. Long story short, the trespassing sign had been pushed over w/ signs that it had been this way prior to him trespassing/stealing. He got off w/ 2000 dollar fine & 2 years probation since the items were recovered. And he got all this from an appointed county attorney.
Not saying by any means you were in the wrong. I have people call me or show up at the job site if they can get the scrap metal from the site and/or dumpster…. I had no problem w/ this at all…. One man’s trash is another man treasure.
So my comment is… If this guy got off after taking all this and you were taking for a dumpster, hopefully you will be ok.

Aww I wouldn't worry too much about that bro. Thats a pretty minor charge. And if you don't have any priors, that shit will get thrown out or you'll get probation or something light.

I hope you have a paid lawyer. The free ones they assign you are garbage and just want to plea everything.
 
Good luck man! Hopefully things turn out in your favor. Sounds like another bullshit situation were someone gets screwed over and doesn't really do anything wrong. I always thought if something was in the trash it is considered not their property anymore.

the laws in the states are harsh if this is a jailable offence without similar previous...or england might be too leanient.

stays of sentencing can be tricky..

don't even get a speeding ticket, not that it would have an impact but it's good to just take this chance to make a change in your life..

yeah it was a shitty deal. every one was telling me that it wouldnt go far but i dont know how these things work. my lawyer wasnt helpful with the worries. all he would tell me is it could go either way. to the missing info comments, there is no missing info. it was that simple. i went onto non posted property stopped in the middle of the road where their dumpsters and trash piles where took some metal and left. they got my tags and the cops came knocking.

so now i am a little worried about this "stet" status. aparently wheather i violate a law or not even a simple traffic sitation could get me back in the same boat of being arrested again and facing these charges. im trying to find out if i leave the state for the year if it will prevent this problem. the way things are going here im ready to leave the country. if it where only that simple with the kids.

yes its devinately time to get back on track and see how quick i can put this 30lbs back on. being off was a bitch and i didnt come close to recovering in that month. for a while i was losing 2lbs per day still eating 5000 cals. going from 3g of test and tren to nothing overnight was not a fun experience. 2000iu of hcg at a time didnt even take the pain away from my nuts. lol

the stipulations are

1 do not go on the property where it happened
2 do not have any contact with the employee who lied (and was watching over his shoulder and shaking in court today lol)
3 (the bad one) follow all laws (wtf im not a criminal so i wouldnt have a problem with things like theft and drug dealing or even all the drinking stuff because i dont drink either but the minor trafic sitations like parking, and speeding its like im walking on egg shells for a year)

tonight i took my kids to karate and my eyes where glued to the speedomoter ha ha. its going to be a long year but at least my family can start sleaping sound again.

thanks again for all the concerns from every one. its all over now and im back to terrorise the threads

nice lol. no once in a while if i was out in my truck i would look through some areas full of large trash like local boroughs that have a big trash night, shopping centers and stuff like that. if you know your metals and you find a good load with a 1 ton truck you can make $500 to $1000.000 but most of the time you wind up with 200.00 in that couple hours work.
im done with that now though. my extra gear money comes from my dogs. i breed st bernards as a side business.
 
I got a buddy who just drives around asking people if he can clean up there scrap metal and exchange he get's to keep it. (He makes a decent living doing that 2) Glad to see your not in a cell.

i lost 34lbs total in about 3wks. i was shut down hard, not eating well or sleaping good because of all the stress of the situation. we really thought i could have gone to prison for a good while. i have gained 5lbs back already :evil: susp, tren, dbol, 7500 cals, plenty of iron, and a obsesson to get my weight back, ill get there soon (i hope)

wow, i got locked up for 30 days and lot 20 pounds of my gains, and when i got out i gained 15 back in 3 weeks when i started the juice again. good luck to ya bro your weight will be back up in no time
