GOOD training program

Why so many exercises striving for pump, 50, and 100 reps. Also, there could be better exercise selection. Tricep kickbacks?
 
I dont like it. I like some of it (the parts that he didn't come up with mostly)

I dont give much credibility to someone who says "These are good for increasing explosive strength..something bodybuilders are known for." :rolleyes:

But if you have good results with it, and your body likes it, I cant complain. Different people respond to different types of training.
 
His video of how to squat was pretty crappy too. It would have been a lot more instructive if it was from the side. From dead ahead in the front I couldn't tell what he was doing.
