I am 15 and I take or have taken, Fuzu, Creatine , Glutamine, Flaxseedoil, Bcaas, Zma, and ECA stack. I recommend taking only creatine and glutamine along with a good protein source and a lot of food.
first off how long have you been lifting? I think the best supp that you can take is creatine. use EAS Phosphagen HP its some good shit! Its the best creatine i think because it has Carbs, if i'm not mistaken the simple carbs (sugar) in phosphagen HP will increase creatine absorbtion. Also its easy because you dont need to mix it with anything just put water in and out you get fruit punch of watever.
Ofcorse u gota eat a fucking shit load of protein. Its hard, but get a bulk container. if you can buy online do so, its hella cheaper. If you can't then i guess u gota find a GNC (gasp)
HP isnt the best for the simple reason that you have to take so much of it to get the proper amount of creatine (5g)... EAS Phosphagen creatine monohydrate is the best. You can mix it with juice or whatever (juice better because of carbs) all those creatines that require you to take a huge amount of the powder and only get a small amount of creatine are no good for the amount you pay... Stick with plain creatine monohydrate mixed with grape or orange juice pack much more bang for the buck that those flavored creatine powders...
