Good Mornings & Front Squats !

Started doing front squats & good mornings after my squats now for the past 3 weeks ...good stuff, I think I found a new growth shock, I’m getting good ham & quad sweeps from them.

It seems I need more then just heavy squats to get my legs to get a good sweep, I swear, just when I thought I knew what was working good for me, I find something else that works better.

Its allot of work to find what works best sometimes.. Big guessing game...Damn!

..Id like to add that the GM's are new to me and im still trying to get the best possible form before going any heavyer. they give the lower back a great pump from my experience

I'm about to do front squats as well as squats tomorrow. I was going to do the front squats first. Does it matter the order you go in? I usually try to do the weakest exercise first, which I thought would be the front squat.
