Started doing front squats & good mornings after my squats now for the past 3 weeks ...good stuff, I think I found a new growth shock, I’m getting good ham & quad sweeps from them.
It seems I need more then just heavy squats to get my legs to get a good sweep, I swear, just when I thought I knew what was working good for me, I find something else that works better.
Its allot of work to find what works best sometimes.. Big guessing game...Damn!
