What are some good ab workouts or other miscellanous activites to truly get your abs showing and strong other than the traditional ways that we all know (sit-ups, crunches). I want to get every part of my abs i can.
the supine bicycle works all different parts of the abs. give it a try, you'll love it. add ankle weights to increase difficulty. i want some karma too.
Hey some that I do are leg raises 5 sets of 25, side bends two ways that work different if you do them heavy weight and regular speed you get bulk and strong obliques which reduce the fat you want to reduce but if you do them fast with lighter weight then you get more cut and stil reduce fat but they don't get as strong. Another good one which you might be aware of are declined sit ups. Let me know what anyone else thinks of these.
