i prefer them raw with a little tabasco and horseradish. . .maybe on a nice saltine cracker. . .and chase them with a nice wheat beer (e.g., hoegaarden with a slice of orange). . .yeah. . .that works. . .
 
So...if you live in NO and don't like seafood are you banished? I don't think I'd do so well down there.

I've walked into seafood restaurants and started gagging from the smell alone. Not sure what it is. Projectile vomit is my instinct.
