going to start doing every bodypart 5x a week

What more can you say but..well put!!! I remember hitting each body part 2 a wk and your right abou the statement that all i did was do the same thing twice....and i wasnt able to handle the same workload the second time..muscles where still fatigued from their workout 2 days ago....
