I was watching my depth today on squats in the mirror. The Pins are set Round knee level. When I go down the bar is a few inches from the pins. I get a huge ROM for being 6' 3"
Squat 5x5@ 245 +10 from last week, though a little harder because i just started work today, dam weedwacking...
Hack Squat 2x8 @ 185
SLDL 2x8 @ 155
DB Bentover Row 5x5 w/ 50#er
Lat PD behind 2x8 @ 120
Power Shrugs 2x8 @ 315
Forgot to do calves at the gym ( tiredness leads to being forgetful ) so i did a set of 1x12 @ BW on the steps with 5 sec neg and 10 sec hold at the bottom
