they are supposed to be totally equal as far as health and protein content, I've gotten that from the cans of course and from verifying it with some of the experts over on the diet board and places on the net. people tend to like the way the solid white tastes better and it looks nicer in the can, but that was the original tuna that all the warnings were given out for mercury about. it used to be that chunk light they said was fine, (i.e. no measurable mercury problem) now they seem to be humming a different tune-a.Lestat said:oh shit are you for real??? i thought solid white was supposed to be better for you!
