GNC multi vits

are the multi vits made from GNC good,i just picked up a bottle
it's the time released ones.

I've been using them all throughout this past winter and for the first time I didn't get sick at all. That alone makes them decent in my book!

Id say they are good. I worked at gnc a while back and they sure wanted you to pitch em' to people. "are you taking a good multivitamin?" had to say that to everyone. Gnc is a pretty greedy place, one of the employees got in trouble for warning a consumer with a heart condition about ephedra.-WULF

I take the woman's mega vitamins - one in the am and one at night. Seems to be OK
